Jessee from Selby Marine Solutions exceeded all of my expectations. My boat is coming up on 20 years old and, until now, I have done all of the regular maintenance on it myself. This summer it started running rough and multiple local marinas told me that it was too old to work on so I was rather discouraged until I came across Jessee. He put me on his schedule quickly and arrived AT MY HOUSE to perform the service right on time. He arrived with a full suite of diagnostic tools and obvious experience. In no time he diagnosed and corrected a problem with the Positive Crankcase Ventilation system (something I never, ever, would have figured out). After fixing the problem at hand, he performed a complete service and left my boat cleaner than when he started. We took the boat out the following weekend and it is running like new. I have already shared his contact info with everyone I know who owns a boat. Thank you Jessee!

We called Selby Marine Solutions and was able to get an appointment within the time frame we requested. Jesse came out, diagnosed all the engine issues, got our boat back up and running that day. He does awesome work, friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!

Okay, let’s just say, “Amazing”! I’ve literally used almost every marine group out there on the lake and. Sacramento and Reno, as well as the OEM’s and NO ONE would come to my 40’ German build boat and more importantly COULD solve for a very intricate complicated electrical issue. Jesse took both the time and has the expertise to solve for a the problem at a very reasonable price. HE DID IT and we’re back on the water. So he’s my “go to” guy from now on! And what a great guy!

Jessee lived up to the great reviews that led him to us in the first place. He was able to come out to our house on short notice and get our boat started after it wouldn’t start a few weeks ago. He was very professional, answered all the questions I had, and gave me great advice for starting the boat next time. Highly recommend!

I have been working on my 2002 Centurion after buying from original owner. It had a couple quirks and was working through them. I had an overheating / Steaming issue with the boat. I had family coming into town the following weekend and wanted to be able to use our boat. No one had any availability. But Jesse called me back within an hour. He was very helpful and said even though he did not have availability to do the work himself he helped me over the phone and texted for 2 days. Because of his help I was able to get the issue resolved and fixed on my own. And now I am able to take our visiting family out for a fun weekend on the water. When Jesse did not have to he went out of his way to help and now has a recurring customer. His kindness will only serve to better anyone he comes across.

Jesse with Shelby Marine went above and beyond my expectations! He was in constant contact with me leading up to our appointment. He switched out my props, took my boat for inspection and launched it for me. He was very professional and reliable. I would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation!

I have had high end ski, and now surf and wakeboard boats since the mid 70's. Jessie at Marine Masters is now my only go to guy!! Not only his meticulous winterizing , but with his back ground in marine mechanics , there is no other pair of eyes I would rather have looking over my boat every year!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The owner Jessee was very responsive and super knowledgeable. I got so sick of the bigger shops in town recommending services and making up issues I didn't have and charging me an arm and a leg. Marines Masters was fast, honest and affordable. So happy I finally found a good Marine mechanic here in Reno.
